| Topic Title: Caring for my dental bridge |
Friday, Jun 17 2005
My dentist put a dental bridge on my set of teeth to bridge the gap created by one of my missing teeth. With my dental bridge, I can now smile again even with my mouth wide open, and I can now chew and speak properly. But how do I take care of my dental bridge?

After having dental bridges myself, I was more conscious with my teeth. I always brush it and I make it a habit that I visit my dentist regularly. I also have a regular cleaning schedule so that if ever a problem persists, it can early be treated.

Of course, you should always observe good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth twice or even thrice to clean your teeth daily in order to prevent tooth decay and gum disease that may eventually lead to tooth loss. And also, you should also eat a balanced diet for proper nutrition especially those rich in vitamins good for your teeth.
