| Topic Title: Correct way of brushing |
Friday, Jun 17 2005
I was always conscious of my teeth and I really do everything to take good care of them. But I noticed that no matter how I brush my teeth, still it looked as if I did not brush at all. Why is this so? Could it be on the tootbrush? My brother said that I might be brushing the wrong way. So what is then the correct way of brushing?

In order to have good oral health, you should know how to brush your teeth correctly. You should brush your teeth beginning from the outer teeth, and the inner teeth after. You should move your brush back and forth and with gentle strokes. After brushing the teeth, brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.

You should brush your teeth regularly and correct brushing must have a duration of two to three minutes. Make sure that after brushing, you use a dental floss to complete your dental hygiene.
