I don’t know what’s causing this gum disease that I’m experiencing now. My gums keep on bleeding with just a slight brush, and they are always red and swollen. Please tell me some measures in fighting gum disease. I really want to get rid of this soon. Thanks a lot.

If you want to get rid of it, you must observe a dental treatment which involves home care including healthy eating and flossing and proper brushing. Another option you have is to have a non-surgical therapy. This therapy controls the growth of harmful bacteria which is the cause of that disease.

The only advice I can give you is to visit your dentist and open your problem to him. I’m sure there’s a treatment for that. I think your case is not yet that advanced so it will not be difficult to treat that condition. Go and see your dentist at once.
