Brushing my teeth is always on my daily hygiene list. But no matter how I brush my teeth, there is always a discoloration. I don’t know why my teeth darken. What could be the possible causes of this? And what is the best treatment for teeth discoloration.

Since you have a good dental hygiene, I think the possible causes of that are the foods and drinks that you take. If you like coffee, tea, colas, and wines, and certain fruits like apple, well those can stain your teeth. Or if you are a smoker, that could be another reason. Well if these apply to you, you’d better cut back from these to avoid teeth discoloration.

Mary is right! The food and drinks you take are the possible causes as well as smoking. The treatment for that aside from cutting back from those is to use proper tooth brushing and flossing techniques. And now, there is teeth whitening. Why don’t you pay your dentist a visit and inquire about this.
